Our office in Chennai is the controlling office for all the four locations ( Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai).We have a centralized mode of operations and aall contact from overseas is routed through the Chennai office.

This is convenient since India is a continental size country and often the overseas agents are not clear which POE/APOE to use for a specific delivery or origin location – there are hundreds of cities across India. But if they route their message to our Chennai office, we guide them on the best ports/airports to plan for , send the rates requested, and later send the documents to the right office and control the execution .
