We take our members views and ideas seriously. That is why we have a special members committee. These committee members have their say in important network decisions and help decide on the direction GEM grows. This committee is made up of the first 20 founding members.
This core team of founding members decide on event locations and competition winners. For the event location this founding group chooses 3 possible locations before it goes to a final vote where the other members help decide the final choice.
